The pain goes the instant you rub it in. Its cold at first then starts to feel warm and soothing. Highly recommended product for joint and muscle pain. Hibbitt, Bristol MR HIBBITT, BRISTOL 01/04/2009 Excellent I thought I would have to give up horse riding due to the pain and inflammation in my osteo-arthritic fingers and stiffness in my hips when mounting. This was a heartbreaking thought, as I have ridden for at least 50 years and also breed Warm-blood/Sport Horses. I even came to the point of using different fingers to hold the reins, which felt most uncomfortable. In April last year I started to take Pernaton Capsules and they have made such a difference. I can now hold the reins without pain and mounting is so much easier. The capsules took at least 6 months to work, but then suddenly one day I realised how much better I am. My fingers are still disfigured and I cannot expect them to change, but to be pain free is so wonderful. I cannot praise it enough and I hope it could work for others.
