It soothes aches and pains quickly. Many of my friends are now also using it and my sister in law, who broke her hip, has been using it also to help get the muscles in her leg and hips more supple. I immediately applied some to my left shoulder which has given me pain for over three years, (the pain I had put down to too much strenuous tennis and gardening!). I was surprised to have a cold sensation in my left shoulder immediately after applying Pernaton. Then I went about my work blissfully unaware that I no longer had pain. The joy, the absolute joy of being pain free. I also apply Pernaton to my shoulder just before going to bed. Consequently I have pain free, undisturbed sleep, which is worth its weight in gold.
